Short answer: both types are fully compatible.
Long answer:
both types use the same diodes, i.e. the value of the wavelength is identical, but in documents you'll find either the precise value of 1310 nm or a rounded down value of 1300 nm. Even if - by manufacturing tolerances - the real values vary, this doesn't matter, because the receiving diodes have a ""broadband"" sensitivity, such that there is no difference at all.
