Why does one of the Indicator Contacts on MACH 1020 not work when one power supply is switched off? - ナレッジベース / Products / Classic Switches - Belden Support Center

Why does one of the Indicator Contacts on MACH 1020 not work when one power supply is switched off?

At MACH 1020 the Indicator contacts are ""located"" on the power supply.

The design idea was that the MACH always is operated with redundant power supplies and that the highest priority of indicated failures is power supply down. As effect the power down of a power supply leads to the respective opening of the relay contact belonging to the power supply.

If you want to use both Indicator contacts then power up both power supplies.
